Contact Form
When you use the contact form on our website, the information you enter in the form is transmitted to Playfair Audio to enable us to answer your questions and/or fulfill your customer support requests. No data other than the data you enter in the form is collected.
The data collected when using our contact form and further resulting communication with us is stored for 24 months. We regularly delete data older than 24 months.
Embedded Content
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Purchasing
When you purchase our products through our website, you are interacting with our reseller FastSpring. FastSpring is a service by Bright Market, LLC. The personal data you enter in the checkout form is collected by FastSpring for the purpose of performing the purchase and issuing your license key. When you activate the newsletter subscription checkbox, FastSpring also transfers your data to our newsletter service provider MailChimp (see above).

Using the Software
Third-Party Copy Protection
We use iLok to implement copy protection and license management for our software products. iLok is a service by PACE Anti-Piracy, Inc. In order to use our software, you must have an account on iLok.com, subject to PACE’s terms of service and privacy policy. Again, Playfair Audio itself does not collect or store personal data about our licensees.

Checking for Updates
Our software may automatically connect to the internet to check for version updates and notifications. That way the software can inform you about available updates or important news regarding your product. For that purpose, version information about the software and operating system you are currently running is transmitted. No personal information, information stored on your computer or otherwise identifiable personal information is transmitted.
Right of Access
You have the right to demand access to your personal data at any time, including origin, recipient, and the use(s) to which your data has been put.
